I am a Research Scientist in the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University. My research interests focus on developing material and manufacturing technologies enabling the translation of personalized devices with a focus on musculoskeletal and pediatric pathologies.
I completed my BS in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in Material Science at Georgia Institute of Technology, and received my MS and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Subsequently, I was a Biomedical Innovation Fellow at the Pediatric Device Consortium at CS Mott Children’s Hospital at the University of Michigan focused on developing translational pediatric technologies. My work is funded in part by the ForeHadley Foundation and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation and the Georgia Research Alliance.
